I started shooting clothes. I ended up building the brands.
Clothes on people, product on seamless, cut down for whatever the campaign needed. Fashion brands, mostly, and the pictures were good.
The problem was arithmetic.
A shoot that paid for two days took five, every time — because the photography was never actually the problem.
And it went out like this
a logo somebody made in an afternoon,on a site that looked like a different company, next to captions written by whoever was free.Good pictures can’t save that. They just make the seams more obvious.
So I stopped selling days and started building the whole thing: the name, the mark, the palette, the packaging, the store, and the ads that carry it. Five brands in Selected Work were built that way, from nothing.
Some of what that looks like

The Cheetah, Kept StillFashion
The Bottle in the OrchidFragrance
Against the Red CarFootwear

How it actually works
You send the product. I do the rest.
You send the product
Flat lays, existing shots, whatever you have. Everything starts from the real thing — we don't invent a product that doesn't exist.
We settle what it should say
Before anything is made: who it's for, what it's competing against, and the one thing it should make somebody feel. Skip this and you get sixty ads telling six different stories.
It gets made and graded
On-model, on-brand, across every colourway — and directed frame by frame by the same person you've been talking to. The last one as much as the first.
You get it in a usable state
Sized and cut for the placements you actually run, not one master file you have to crop yourself.
Taste doesn't scale. The rest does.
I can produce more in a week than a crew can in a month. What I can't do is decide what's good any faster — so that part stays slow, and it stays mine to answer for.
Human-led \u00b7 does not scale
- Art direction
- Brand strategy
- Client communication
- Quality control
Four things, and the list does not get longer as the work does. Every one of them is a judgement, and judgement is the part that stays slow.
Produced at scale
- Production across SKUs and colorways
- Variant and colorway iteration
- Repetitive catalog production
Three, and the list stays the same length however many SKUs arrive. That is the whole difference between the columns.
We never produce synthetic testimonials or fake customer reviews — creator-style content is always presented as brand content.
It’s one person.
That isn’t a shortage of staff — it’s the reason the work holds together. Whoever answers your email is the one setting your type, writing your hooks and grading your frames, and there is nobody here to hand you to.
